An Industry-Institute Interface Program

The Education for Employment (E for E) program was launched in response to the pressing demand to make fresh graduates “employable” in the IT Industry. This program begins early in the colleges and delivers intensive training & practice sessions that are normally part of the Fresher-Induction-Programs of IT Companies. As a result, the students and aspiring IT professionals are better prepared for employment and fare better at all stages of their career-placement-interviews onward to promotions at their workplace. This program is open to students of all branches of engineering as well as MCA.

How E for E Works

SQL Star’s E for E program is a collaborative effort between SQL Star, college managements and employer Companies.

Education in the colleges is supplemented with practice oriented exercise sessions and placement-oriented training. These supplemental courses are delivered in a schedule that is in harmony with the curriculum of the colleges.

Design of the courses is done by taking industry feedback and on the basis of most recent placement drives of IT Companies.

Delivery of the courses is is done by SQL Star's faculty using SQL Star's off-line and online material.

Performance of the students is closely monitored, graded and archived on thelearningport.com for future reference.

Employment opportunities are sourced and authenticated for the students by SQL Star. Employer requirements are solicited by SQL Star. Students may at times be specially groomed to fit specific requirements of employers.

Employers are then invited and given access to the performance and assessment records of the students. Employers pick and choose profiles that best fit their requirement. SQL Star facilitates the interviews.

Offerings

All our offerings are delivered through our blended-learning services using a comprehensive Learning and Content Management System (LCMS). This allows for better instructional quality, student performance monitoring, grading and reporting.

Intervention can begin as early as the summer holidays of the first year. Each year, the program increases in intensity and culminates in a real world business project during semesters seven and eight. Complimentary placement assistance is provided to all who enroll.
